A Perfect Dayby HipychikComment by ltlmschrisss: it looks like a nice spot. imo the picture isn't doing it for me. there is no interaction with the people. a side shot might have done it with the family on the one side and the water on the other. |

I Love You, I Love You NOT!by HipychikComment by krnodil: Great blocks of color in this setup - I would have done it the hard way - actually cut the flowers during the exposure, would not have thought of arranging the pieces on wire to look as if they were flung there by the cutting gestures. You accomplished not just a sense of motion, but of real spite-driven *action* - I can see her in my mind's eye, snip, snip, SNIP! |

A Perfect Dayby HipychikComment by KarenNfld: Looks like a fine family outing. Unfortunately I am let down by the technicals of the photo. It looks tilted. Not sure what processing you used but I can see halos around the people and that does not add to the photo. The woman's arm is cut off and that makes for a lopsided composition. A little more time spent on composing this shot would have made it look better and not so much like a snapshot. |
