I love the composition and shapes. My tastes run to higher contrast, though. Play around with it and see if you like it better - ramp up the contrast using various tools like curves, levels, and even just the brightness/contrast sliders. Also try USM set to something like 20, 50, 0. USM can create sharper contrast along edges while not blowing highlights or dropping out shadowed areas. I'd also bump up the saturation.

I love the choice of color tone. Excellent use of close foreground with good DOF. Placing the stem right around the left 3rd line also creates a fantastic frame and leads the eye wonderfully. Just a really nice shot.
