I gave this a 9. I love the bizarre appearance.

My daughter used to wear very heavy makeup for performances on her high school drill team. I joked that we needed a paint scraper to remove it. We bought a similar mask one day because it looked like her drill team makeup. She brought it in and showed it to the drill team director, announcing that this would be much easier and faster for the team.
