Dirty Pig Loversby CharleneComment by h2: Nice idea, good shot, but shouldn't be an album cover in square format? Would also have been better to include the bands name on the cover. The frame ditracts, too. |

Dirty Pig Loversby CharleneComment by yanko: Ha. Nice one. I would have left out the border if I were you. Looks fine but makes it look a little less like an album cover. |

Dirty Pig Loversby CharleneComment by Reedman18: Love the shot and the titles, but with the framimg, it looks more like a photo than an album cover. Would have been a bit more effective if the shot were more shaped like an album or CD cover...more square? But, just my opinion. |

Day13by CharleneComment by noraneko: This has fantastic composition. A lot of really interesting elements in this photo. I agree that some localized dodging and burning, especially in the center greys, would pop this even more. |

Day13by CharleneComment by walrus451: Day 13 experiment with Charlene's (dcnfarrell) very cool looking image...(thanks for letting me give it a try)
just made a few small changes....not to say it's better ..(because there is absolutely nothing wrong with your picture).....just different....i increased the contrast by setting the white and black points in levels, the burned the clouds slightly and dodged the cow and shelter....then slight sharpen (usm), lumminosity channel only...mine is below:

Day13by CharleneComment by Bruce_the_Robert: The processing here is really nice, and I like the tones and overall appearance. I agree it's a bit tight on the bottom where the poor cow has lost a foot, but the overall silvery look is quite appealing. |
