Not sure how this is a "cultural event". Perhaps your title should explain what burj means (since we can't see the description during voting). Otherwise, it's a nice photo.

Miss the Fireworks deadline did you? :D This doesn't really feel centered, it seems more balanced having 3 parts to it (fireworks left & right, and the building in the near center). JMO of course. Also seems like your tripod/camera combo moved just a smidgen during the exposure - not quite sharp. Good luck in the challenge.
