It is a nice photo but my problem is these colors don't look very realistic. I know some prefer this type of style but I would much rather see more real colors. If you leave it like this I think it would look better if the clouds stood out more.

I like the editing, the crop definitely works, the one leg that goes out to the right that's blurry is a little distracting, might try to either clone it to make it more clear or zoom way in on it & try to darken the leg itself (just my 2 cents...). I think the bump of red helped define the body of the grand-daddy...
IMO overall i'd say the editing is better :)
