Nicely done for your first one. I haven't tried those colors yet. I tend to lean toward sepia tones. But I like this for this subject. Try cropping it down to where the rose is the main focus and see how it looks.

The hearts are upside down - I'd rotate 180 degrees, but maybe you already tried that... This is nicely lit, and pops from the dark background. The floating pearls are a nice touch. Very nice.

Beautiful control of the lighting here. Great focus, clarity, and detail. I like how the darkness surronds the corsage (sp?) to create a natural frame for it. Well done!
