Looks like a diffuse filter? I don't get the sense that it adds to the image, if such a thing was actually used. I'm sorry, my eye doesn't catch on anything in this composition, although it looks like it's a stunningly designed building seen in person. Perhaps a closer shot on this building's dramatic lines next time, making it into an abstract?

There's a lot of green and blue "fringing" around the branches that I think is called "chromic abberation" or some such thing but is the result of shooting in a very bright light situation. Your best bet is to try underexposing a bit, or maybe use a neutral density filter (or so I've heard) to combat this.

Jojo - I like the composition. I have a few suggestions, if you're inclined to go back and take another crack at it.

- Clone out the flare blob in the middle, in the trees
- Try image->adjustments->shadow/highlight. The top sliders will bring out detail in the shadows and the middle ones will bring out detail in blown highlights. The entry seems a little too contrasty to me (and I love strong contrast).
- The ripples in the water seem blurred in some places, but not in others. That makes me wonder whether there was some noise reduction or blurring step in processing that went a little too far.

I like the border. :)
