My eye is immediately drawn to the left side. Is that rope lighting on the rail or is that a reflection caused by the sun? The lines are there but this photo doesn't really stand out.

Lovely DOF; she looks quite intent. Looks like a little mucous near her eye ... I prefer to clean that up before a shoot or (if I forget) clone it out afterwards.

Nice fun image of the egret. However for me it is not as clear as it could be and the profile aspect though can be fun is far to common and uninteresting.

The egret's neck in this is really snake like. I like how you've managed to keep the head/eye of the bird in sharp focus, and decent focus for the feet. The blurred wings add a nice sense of speed, but I wish the areas on the bird's wing and back weren't blown and that the background were a bit more blurred. Having taken photos of birds, especially flying ones, I know your photo is still pretty damn good though, nitpicking aside.
