The vibrant colors are great here, and your warm tones really flatter the subject. The bright whites in the background detract from the subject, however.

Beautiful sky. Perhaps a little less foreground (from just above first major plant). Mt. is a bit hazy - don't think there's a whole bunch you can do about that.

The sparse vegetation in the foreground adds a sense of desolation or abandonment. This does not look like a friendly environment. The threatening sky just adds to the sense of foreboding. Even the slope of foreground going down adds to this feel. This photo has lots of elements well done, all pulling in the same direction. Nicely done.
