I love the drama of this photo - the line of the rail running along the bottom, the stars and clouds floating etheral above. However the way you have exposed it is too dark for my tastes. I would prefer to lighten the image - bring out some of the contrasts and colors - I lightened the shadows using shadows/highlights, boosted the yellow and red colors a bit in Hue/saturation, and tweeked the exposure in curves. I also reduced noise with noise ninja. I don't know what you'll think, but I like the results better...
