THANKS for the votes and the comments! This being my first challenge I didn't expect it to do so well. About the comments:

I didn't figure out how to whiten teeth realistically until 2 days ago, that's why I didn't do anything about the yellow shade.
Note to self: light up background next time! The wall behind me is white.
