I find this to be a really stunning image. Just gorgeous! One thing that is definitely really cool to me is, that it is kind of breaking a couple 'rules', but in a way that works wonderfully here, and I love it when people do that. First, she is looking off the frame she is close to, but it works here, it leaves me sorely wishing I was there with her, soaking in the full beauty of this place. Second, there are these dark areas, so dark that there is no detail, just blackness, but man, the black is in just all the right places, and makes the girl, the water, the greens and the rocks really, really pop out! It all comes together in just a beautiful, flowing composition. Your processing is lovely, I quite like it. On the verge it would seem of appearing 'heavy handed' to some tastes maybe, but to me, it feels very tasteful, and comes across as a style, that looks great, and not at all 'overdone'. I think the saturation is wonderful. The greens, and the hues of the rocks really punch through, and look great. The girl does have a wonderful 'glow'. The image does have a fantasy feel for sure. You definitely deserve, and should be very proud of this photo. I love it. Thank you for sharing such a beautiful masterpiece. :-)

yep, that's a great tutorial by Cindi. You've really done well with bringing out the important things in this photograph .. and I'm glad to see that's a bit of face paint on her nose, and not a deformity as it looks from the thumbnail. ;-Þ

My first impression is goofy self portrait with good technicals. I would have liked to seen this cropped so that your head/shoulders/hair/necklace were more prominent. I think you would have scored a lot higher too.
