Love the movement in the hair and the smoothness of the skin. I think you could have even cropped this closer--I'd love to see those gorgeous blue eyes stand out even more, in a closer version. But very well done!

I like the hair and desaturation of the face. I think something in processing made the eyes and eyelashes oversharp. A trick I use to smooth skin is to duplicate the image and apply a gaussian blur to the whole layer, than erase out the parts that I don't want blurred, than fade the opacity of that layer until I find a smooth transition. The lighting is also very smooth and fits your ice princess theme.
