Nice "smokiness" to the tones and the perspective elements are great. Especially like how you can make out the individual cinder blocks of the building, even though it's pretty far in the background.

You should apologize to him too, he looks perturbed. :P I like the focus on this - I would suggest cropping out that tiny bit in the foreground (bottom of image) that's blurry to make all of the foreground startlingly sharp in contrast with the background (which will have the added benefit of making the cat just a little less centered). :) This cat is just enough of a tiger to make b&w a good choice - all those contrasty lines are very nice indeed.

Both the blacks and the whites in this portrait are amazing. I'm glad you left the stray pieces of hair across her cheek, it certainly helps create interest, not that any more interest is needed! Amazing work.

The focus seems to be a little soft. I am thinking you did that intentionally, and maybe the light is the real subject.
