A Pale View Of The Hillsby e301Comment by Imagineer: Invitational Challenge Level: Experienced
Challenge link: very strong - a great interpretation both as a concept and execution.
Image critique: just a lovely, creative notion, nicely treated and ambiguous.
Out-of-challenge appeal: I love it, so will enjoy revisiting this image.

A Pale View Of The Hillsby e301Comment by snackwells: Not quite sure if a B&W entry is ideal for this particular challenge. Be that as it may, I think your post processing works well to create a distinctive artsy look.

A Pale View Of The Hillsby e301Comment by MrYu: This is truly amazing, period. Nothing to add or subtract. Very smart choice of b/w, the colors would be distracting here. |

A Pale View Of The Hillsby e301Comment by Arcanist: I see mountains made of molehills and rain in the form of a wall of water. Looks like your were very close to the action too. Some of the wetness appears to have stuck on the lens. Hope you didn't get your camera soaked doing this one. |

A Pale View Of The Hillsby e301Comment by rhipster: Nice patterns. Is this water? IMO it's more abstract than impressionistic. I like it anyway.
Wonder how it should came out with colors? |
