Vrey nice idea. B&W works well for this. I think it would have been better to get closer to the subjects, perhaps hunker down to them nad look up?

The other people are looking at a string quartet playing in the well below. As was this fellow, until he turned away fractionally before I hit the shutter. This is properly instinctive 'decisive moment' stuff - only the second time that I've had that strange feeling when taking a shot. Thanks for the appreciation, and for yet another 5th place.

Real thought-provoking shot for me, and one of the more pleasing for me in this image. Nice contrast work, and the use of deep bokeh is effective. I'm almost wondering if there'd been a bit of burn work here, particularly on the right and left sides of the frame. Still...benefit of doubt and all that...8
