Interesting approach to the challenge. A bit busy though. My eye is drawn more toward the iron fence in the background which leads me to the boring buildings beyond it. I feel like the reflection should be the focal point but it has to compete to much with the busy background.

Lovely pure photo. By the way, how many others were taking photos? Was that woman shouting to a shoal of photographers or did the other person/people have brighter clothes and bigger lenses?! These things bother me ya know...

Sometimes, being in the right place at the right time, really pays off, eh? Wonderful image. Only in Europe or GB would you find a group of school children, dressed impecably in their uniforms! All standing, in the rain, fantastic reflections, cute pale faces, amid the sea of red, black and grays. Really wonderful. Brings back memories.
