I like the lines of the fence. I wonder if you had zoomed out or shifted just a little left if the curve of the fence wouldn't have been highlighted just a bit more??

Yes, the dog is black. The water had a brown quality I thought, but no, the water is not the focal point.Thanks for the comment.

I really like the idea of this but it seems a tad busy if that makes sense. What if you shot from a different angle, had less trees, but included the longhorns? I like the curve of the fence but with the trees, animals, dead branch on the ground, there is just a bit too much going on. OR you could crop it just past the white steer on the right and make it a portrait orientation and I think it would still be effective. Hope these suggestions help. Good luck.
