Nov 04 - Syrup cookieby hajekaComment by krnodil: Half the fun of looking at T/S lens shots is trying to figure out the exact placement of the plane of focus - I wonder how it would appear if you placed the plane so it shaved right at and along the righthand cookie half's line of syrup. |

Nov 03 - Ducksby hajekaComment by krnodil: I think some might not realize you are actually using a tilt/shift lens and not a LB, which doesn't get you exactly the same look. The focused part wouldn't go straight out to the edges of the image with a lensbaby, so this TS-E lens allows you to slice up the shot in a way the lb can't - it's like you've caught them passing between two worlds. I like how the strip of focus runs counter to the overall horizontal orientation of everything else, creates a tension. A TS-E is on my wish list. :) |

Snapshot with millby hajekaComment by snaffles: Very cute shot of tourists doing their thing! Love that you shot from a slightly lower pov, helps emphasize the mountainous terrain of Holland ;-) and helps make the tourists and windmill stand out. Interesting architecture too, would love to visit some time. :-) |

Nov 03 - Ducksby hajekaComment by rooum: The vertical strip of focus is interesting. Just catching the second ducks beak. Works well i think. |
