It's really difficult to BBQ duck. You really need a gas grill to pull it off nicely. Normally I would say you don't taste the heat, but the meat, but duck may be one of the only exceptions to that rule. |

I'm stuck at work staring at day old pasta without a fork, and now I'm looking at tasty chicken. Why do you hate me?
I'm assuming a nice slow cook, but if you could have captured a whiff of flame, smoke, or the heat shimmer, it would have made a tasty chicken look even better.
