As usual you make me want to try this. I just looked at your recipe and I'm not sure whether the custard gets mixed in with the ricotta, eggs etc. or if you put it on top before adding the jam?

After? This looks very much like pre-game stretching (their hair isn't even sweaty yet).

What I'm saying above is that a photo should fit with the headline in a factual way, and even if this is truly after the match, it doesn't look like it.

I love the crop on this! Quite stunning. Also, yum! I love straciatella ice cream (America doesn't have it, so far as I've seen), and this looks just as tasty!
