i like the idea but the colours seem a little flat here, Maybe a little messing in Elements or what ever program you have to push the brightness, contrast, and colour saturation. 6

Nice saturation but just looks like a chair placed near water - Too "placed" is what I feel - The background and the chair look too fake and not gelled together.

For me, the image is a bit too busy. You have a man reading, a woman walking, a big gnarly tree with lots of branches, and it looks like a building in the background. I think it would've been better with focus on one of these subjects.

Also, the image is a bit flat on the darker side. Learn to play with your levels, and curves when doing black and whites. It will help make your images pop more.
