Nice shapes. YOu might also want to try to simplify a similar image by concentrating on one or two smaller branches to bring some personality to the composition... Just a thought, of course.

What a great story and a great idea to treat this as a diptych. the contrast between the guy on the left, just breaking a sweat but obviously not exhausted, with the guy on the right - man, the lady in bike looks like she's going faster than him!!

Nice slow shutter speed. There are a couple of spots on the coffee dispenser that could have been cloned out. I like the moodiness of the shadows.
