Like the muted colour - fits the scene. Fine composition on the whole; the strip of grass in the foreground seems a little incongruous with the understated subtlety of the rest of the photo. (Don't know what to suggest).
Edit: if you do darken the sky as Erik suggests, do it only slightly; not sure it is necessary.
2nd edit: maybe make the grass browner?

Blue skies in November are always a treat. Like the way the light hits the tree. Might try to darken the blue in the sky a bit if you can.

This is one you definitely must look at up close to see the fun and beauty. I wonder if you have enough pixels to blow up part of it into a more compact composition to go with this nice one.
