Your right, it must have been a great walk and its a great shot as well. As has been managed a little more contrast might help (keeping the fog foggy mind you). are thos 2 white objects halway in bits of rubbish? you may want to clone them out.

Nice subject for a b+w, and the maacro really shows off the texture and the grain of the leather. Not sure the lace does much for me, though, as it tends to draw my eye out of the image.

I really like the detail at the bottom where the knife crushed its way through the licorice. My mouth is watering for it except for the tiny bit of fuzz on the middle left.
