Geeseby hajekaComment by dtremain: I hate these shots - just could be so great, and never seem to come out the way you want. The flying geese are too far away to make out clearly, and blend with the background. The near geese overlap, making the head/neck profile of the near one hard to see. Love the nice, even lighting and the coloring, though - very serene, even nostalgic, makes me long for an outdoors adventure. |

Fenceby hajekaComment by dtremain: Love the contrast of the red and green, as well as the partial reflection in the puddle. |

Blue skyby hajekaComment by dtremain: Power distribution poles not a favorite subject, but you've got to love the puffy white clouds, and the way the power lines and water on either side of the towers lead your eye to the far horizon. Very nice lighting on the fence in the mid foreground. |

Geeseby hajekaComment by riversong: My gosh this is a stunning image! This is worthy of any wildlife magazine or would make nice gift cards!! This reminds me of the oldstyle illustrations...very nice image. I'd frame this one if I were you and think about this....you never would have captured such a gem if you hadn't walked so far!! Well done, the geese looked like they posed for you!! |

Blue skyby hajekaComment by riversong: Nice leading lines and patterns. The ribbles in the water add texture and interest...I love the distant clouds and tree line especially. You can see a long distance! |
