Rolling moneyby hajekaComment by sonyalphausr: i like the idea but maybe using different coins or actually setting the coins in motion with a slight blur would have given the image more |

Bananasby hajekaComment by patio127: Good image to photograph for macro-color ,textues, form --all good :0) An external flash ,bounce might make the color & shadows less harsh- but I really don't know enough to give advice ! Good for you -taking a class ??? |

Rolling moneyby hajekaComment by Haneck: Neat lighting. I might suggest making sure the subject is more precisely centered, or better yet creating a more interesting composition using the rule of thirds. |

Bananasby hajekaComment by Ken: I'm not sure exactly what you were trying to do, but I'll give some input, hopefully it helps. Besides the spots on the banana, the reflections off the banana and especially the spots on the steps upfront. If you're using a lamp or something similar, putting a paper towel or similar over it can soften it quite a bit. As far as color temperature, are you using auto WB? It doesn't look bad on my monitor here (laptop, calibrated but seems off a bit) but you can get it better by choosing the WB manually or using a gray card (or wall) and taking the picture and setting WB to that. If you have any questions, just send a PM. |
