#3 Hockeyby hajekaComment by MattO: This is a good capture, this has action, a straight horizon!, faces and it gives me a bit of the action from the game.
Two nit picks, the cut off player on the right, this you may not be able to control, and I like to have at least a bit of the goal in place to anchor the shot. Gives the viewer a bit of perspective as to field position while the game is going on, this you can control. Position your self so that while shooting shots near the goal so that at least a small section of the goal is there for context. |

#4 Hockeyby hajekaComment by MattO: This is a very good example of shooting through the play. You have the reaction of the team that I assume scored the goal, and the reaction of the goalie who allowed the goal. This tells a story to me and I wasnt even there. This is what sports photography is suppose to do. Tell a story about the game, to even people who werent there.
My nit with the photo, its way too loose. Crop it to the left of the players high fiving, and crop it just to the right of the far goal post.
Nice capture. |

Jump (straight)by hajekaComment by MattO: Even though there is a chop at the top, this is much more pleasing to the eye, in fact I think what I would do was actually rotate it straight and then square crop it even just a touch tighter. |

Day 14 - Sweetsby hajekaComment by roz: i dont know why you got so angry coz its an excellent macro of those sweets .. maybe you ate too many and had a sugar overload .. sugar can contribute to aggressive behaviour i'm told .. lol ..:)
i think your focus is spot on .. the two closest ones are very 3D .. :) |
