Cucumber saladby hajekaComment by Jedusi: I think for me the key to desat work is that the shot needs to be strong in either B&W or colour. Here unfortunately I dont think the shot converts well to B&W with the Cucumber coming out as square grey chunks : ( rather than plump and succulent.
The colour portion looks more appetising though : )
