Dead Tree in Lake Bonnieby SomeamateurComment by Artyste: This has a really nice composition to it. Grabs you and pulls you in.. at least, it's the one that pulled me in the strongest in your portfolio.
I'd suggest going back to this site at varying times of day.. with different weather patterns.. different lighting.. see what happens. This high-noon-ish looking shot doesn't really do justice to what this photo *could* be. |

F18 in Flightby SomeamateurComment by wingyisleeds: I like this shot, but it does seem a bit dark. I'm guessing the sun was directly above, maybe shooting with the sun at the back of you may have made the jet come out a bit lighter, it almost seems like a silhouette. just my opinion though and I'm no expert ;-) |

Mirror Imageby SomeamateurComment by glad2badad: This is a very nice find and a good eye to see it. I can't help but wonder if there is another time of day (more flattering light, perhaps some clouds, and glassy still water) to revisit this and possibly another angle (higher elevation to eliminate distant shoreline). It's a nice shot overall but leaves me wanting more. Good luck in the challenge. |

Double Headed Zebraby SomeamateurComment by wingyisleeds: like the 2 heads, nice catch ;-). The fence is a bit distracing, maybe clone it out and a tighter crop losing the pole on the right hand side may help also, but it's just my opinion. I do like the lighting, taken at just the right time of day, nice |

Murray River B&Wby SomeamateurComment by UrfaK: This is a good perspective and the b/w is good at bringing out the ripples in the water.. I think the sky's a liitle too bare for my liking.. would have been better compositionally if you were closer and had more of the trees filling up the sky.. |
