It certainly is a busy scene! IMO, the image lacks appeal because of the business. I think you should have focused on the repetitive nature of the orange barrels, maybe gone for a perspective lineup, disappearing into the distance, or messed with dof, or something. Your entry comes off looking like a snapshot out the window of your car.

Image has potential I think, but it's screaming for a closer crop to my eyes. As it is, there's a lot of busy-ness, and I feel the impact of the rider, negotiating the obstacle course-like markers, is lost.
