I like the idea but not really executed well if you pardon me for saying so, just mainly what I dislike is the poor image quality. With these editing rules you could take a separate exposure of the flames and made sure you "froze" them better and got some texture in them. The girl then would have needed to be clearer for my taste and thirdly less grain/color noise in the door. Like I said, you got a good idea, just need better execution and you´r all set :)

The flash here makes for hard lighting. It may not be possible, but I think using natural light would make this shot really great.

the flash (or lighting) makes this really harsh. A softer light would have bought out the colours much better.
