The edges, particularly of your flower, seem to suffer from oversharping/contrasting. I do like your concept and composition, though.

Killing two birds with one stone, what? :) Great picture. Lovely saturated colors and great detail. Somehow, i have the sensation that this is set-up and you probably starved the snail for a week so that it would just attack the flower :) The snail is good but that flower is just sumptious and a pleasure to look at. 8 Journey
