Dribbleby PGerstComment by h2: to me this looks like a below average snapshot. at least the ear shouldn't have been cropped. belt is distracting, too |

Travelers Insuranceby PGerstComment by JunieMoon: You did a nice exposure, but I think the subject is what brought the score down. As an architectural piece, it needs more interest. |

Travelers Insuranceby PGerstComment by neophyte: Wow! This is my home town. I can look out my window and see this tower right now! Nice job on the exposure however this tower is tough to photograph from ground level without a super wide lens. |

Travelers Insuranceby PGerstComment by glad2badad: Can I ask a question? What is the main focal point of this photo? The part of the building that is lit up? Most likely...and that makes the viewer direct their attention to the upper areas of your entry. Yes? Takes the 'centered' component of the challenge away IMO. Best of luck to you in the challenge. |

Christmas Eve in New Englandby PGerstComment by Dirt_Diver: You at first I saw this and I could see the trees in the background and the house next to it. Then I moved and the screen tilted a little and it faded all out all that and it looked good. I think that you should have adjusted the levels and burned some of the image to get that almost HDR perfect look. I Gave you a 5 but with some better editing I would have gave it a 9.
One more thing, I would have pulled the car out of the drive way and edited out the telephone box in the yard. |
