Interesting idea, however the composition is ruin by the offset balloon. Try holding up a piece of paper to the left of the balloon to see if it is improved by having the balloon in the middle of the image? =)

Beautiful, selective desaturation really works here. The baloon is a bit too centered but it is a very nice picture nonetheless
