Wonderful capture. I think the empty space is a bit too much though. It is not enough to be effective negative space, but too much to be a "margin" of sorts, especially since the right is cropped much tighter. I really like this in black and white!

I like how you posed your models here. It's much more interesting that having both models face and look into the camera. Lighting is good. I also like how you paid attention to little details like what the models are wearing. The jacket and tie on the elder model makes a striking contrast to the t-shirt on the young child, enforcing on us the generational differences. Only thing I'd like to see changed is to be able to see the left eye of the elder model unobscurred.
