I think I know this building, this is a great picture for the colors, it looks a little like St George UT, I was there on holiday many years ago now!!

Okay, this is the third time I've looked at this and I'm still not sure what I think of it. It's an interesting idea, but the expression on the visible face doesn't seem to go with the title, and that's part of what's throwing me.
