I don't usually see these; I get the white-breasted ones all the time at my feeders, though. I especially like it when they cling to the bark and run partway down the tree upside down to get to where they're going.

You had very good light for this shot, and the whole scene is as good as it can get. The light on the subject, with the BG all dark is just perfect.
They are not seen in the area where I live, at least, I don't remember ever seeing them here. They look a lot like a smaller version of a blue jay without the crown feathers.
