The "on-white" seems a little sterile for a person with this much personality happening. - maybe more energy in the pose to match the color scheme would help - but the white seems to take the energy out of it for me. I hope that's helpful. ;-)

Wow, you found a road in Essex without a serious succession of potholes. You must tell me where it is. This provides a great feeling of speed, even at a quick glance. The splash of yellow really helps it stand out.

I'm still trying to persuade my wife to let me buy something like this, but she shows no sign at all, yet, of giving in.
