Interesting perspective on the cat. It doesn't jump out at me, I wonder if that would change seeing more of its head. I thought red eye on cats was green, interesting affect.

It's a good shot but i think the border will hurt you with voters in this site (not me though as i am a bit of a border freak). The border is a tad big compared to the image. I would go about a 5 pixel white inner and a 10 to 12 pixel black outer. Give it a try and see how it looks. I used to do 30 pixel black borders but have cut down and like it much better.

I think those bikes really distract from the subject of the photo. If Amsterdam is your subject, the bikes shouldn't take up the majority of your shot.
