It's just a little thing, but it's a pity you couldn't have got a bit further to the right so that the bird's tail was separated from the structure below. But then it would probably have flown away before you got the shot!

The seagull is the main focal point although not 100% sharp, however you have managed to blur out the background enough with the DOF to highlight the gull more. The shadow on its face hiding its eye is a little bit of bad luck which you couldn't really have done too much about. Overall a good pic in a nice composition.
