great composition, love how the people balance out the mountains. My only suggestion (and its a tiny one), is that I think the silhouettes would stand out even more with a black border instead of white.

cropping off some of the left side would remove distracting elements in the moving water. The Ice formations on the Right make a Strong Focal point.
