ok, I used to work in a dentist office and I have to tell you, that is some of the worst decay I've ever seen. How did it get that bad, geez! I really hope that's been removed because I don't see a point in keepin it, not to mention the first molar needs to be refilled. Oh well, good luck with that. That being said, the lighting is poor and the focal point is a little off but at the same time I realize how hard it is to get these shots. not bad though.
