Like this image, love the blur on the green signs but find the Merc' badge draws the eye from the focal point.

Nice colors, though the background would have looked better with just one color, IMHO | A little soft & a little overexposed | Wish the image had more interest overall - a unique pattern or something... | Will give an extra point for out-of-the-box thinking -- 6 --
