Thank you all for your comments. This was actually a pretty basic editing job. The only thing "expert" I did was add a little texture to the pure black background. The rest of the editing was all "advanced" legal, such as selective USM, levels, dodge and burn. The soft hair was caused by Sarah spinning in the chair, not shallow DOF. This was shot at f8 1/40.

Nothing fake about this shot.....
