The buttons really add to this, the way they're reflected and stand out so clearly. Almost like the catchlights that should be in his eyes have wandered down the front of his shirt and multiplied. In the glass above, there's almost a figure - a head and hands leaning on the windowsill. Somewhat creepy, yes, but very intriguing.

I love the pose - so very engaging. The lighting is awesome. In contrast to what others have said, I do like the hair. It really pops out and was the first thing to catch my attention. My only nitpick is her left eyelid. That part looks a little oversharpened. Maybe you could smooth it out with a soften brush. In all, very cute photo!
