Ooooh. A lot of my favorite stuff here -- lace curtains, white on white, light coming through the window... The red roses stand out very nicely. Just a suggestion, but I would like to see the roses or the lamp as the center point of the composition. As it is, they seem to be fighting for my attention. The light is making a nice play through the lamp oil... But the red roses look so nice on that white. You have material for two great pictures here.

Just saw your name on the home page under photographer profiles. First time I've seen your stuff. It is really great. I hope you can do a book one day (if you already haven't) of images such as these, the lost out of the way places that nobody knows about anymore. It's places like this that get flattened by developers, because they see no value in the beauty and depiction of this part of America. Great image. Adding your name to my favorites list.
