Not enough drops to be a nice water beading shot, but not clean and dry enough to be smooth. So, decide what you are going for, and with some pretty minor changes, this could be a pretty good shot.

I liked the colors you captured and that the tower really jumps out of the picture. I agree about the red light at the right, but I do not think there is much you can do about it other than considering a bigger crop off the right.
