Looking at this image i feel you could have choosen another location too shoot from i think this composition lacks abit where the trees are its blocking out the city ..but a good image well done ..

The trees in the bottom right are forming a dark blob that's distracting from the picture a little bit (I understand you can't chop trees for a pic :)

The photo seems a little heavy toward the right side where there is a hole of negative space in an otherwise well defined image - it pulls the eye in but it doesn't show anything. Cropped a little further up showing more of the creamy violet sky may balance this a little more at the cost of some of the light reflections on the left.

The lighting is classic film noir not seen much use of shadow effect,cropped tighter might have had more impact
